Shipping and returns policy

What are the shipping times for your books?
We take 2-10 days to process your order and then 2-3 weeks to ship it, depending on the period.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.

Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in Epalinges, 1066, Switzerland. Our international warehouse is located in France.

Do you provide product tracking information?
If the product is sent by post, you will usually receive an email from La Poste with shipping information.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: info@ihs-homeo.com and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, or would like to make an enquiry, please contact us by e-mail at info@ihs-homeo.com.

Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their online items. However, we cannot accept returns and refunds unless the item is damaged.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Transport damage is not covered. You can however contact us by email and we will try to find a solution. If a product is damaged, we ask you to send us a photo by email and then return it to us at the address we will give you if necessary.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We'll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable)
Only normal-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (where applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an e-mail.

You are responsible for shipping costs related to the return of your item. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
