The pallets are now at the logistics provider in France, who will handle shipping to your respective addresses.

After numerous phone calls between India and France, our shipping agent sent us the final invoice with a detailed breakdown of the cost per package to your respective addresses.

We will provide you with the final Excel spreadsheet containing all the details.

The costs are: – Freight from India to France; customs clearance; customs duties (7%); VAT (20%); transport to the logistics provider, order processing, and delivery by carrier (post or DPD) to your home.

The price of all these fees per package is 399 CHF. Thus, list C is a single package, list B has 5, and list A has 6 packages.

The average cost price per tube is less than CHF 4. This works out to be more than five times cheaper than if we ordered in Europe. Here is an example:

Before shipping to your addresses, we ask that you pay the shipping/VAT/customs/logistics fees. At the moment, CHF 200 has been included in the price for shipping, but you will understand that CHF 200 for 27 kg of goods divided into 6 packages is simply not realistic.

In comparison, we helped someone repatriate their packages that had been blocked for a year. Their six packages were processed separately, and the costs were much higher: this person incurred a little over CHF 3,400 in additional costs for the order, or CHF 566 per package.
