Chemical industry – Medicine – Crimes against humanity

14 April 2026 • News

It will not have escaped anyone’s notice that we find ourselves in the same situation as any oppressed minority:
- no freedom of expression
- no right of reply
-orchestrated smear campaign
But if we find ourselves in this situation, it is because there is an oppressor. Who will have the courage to point this out?

A reader recently feigned outrage at an article we published which revealed how Bayer purchased groups of women from Auschwitz for their experiments. He failed to see – or seemed to feign ignorance of the fact – that humanity has made no progress in ethical standards since the Second World War. These days, industry controls absolutely everything and is not fazed by 20,000 or 30,000 deaths, as the Vioxx scandal proves.

The fundamental difference compared with any other manufacturer that ‘palm off’ poor-quality goods on its customers is that the chemical industry, under the pretence of caring for the sick and improving health, cynically sells products that it knows to be toxic, all for a profit that defies belief. When this takes place on a global scale, it amounts to a crime against humanity. How, indeed, can one fail to speak of crime against humanity when it comes to selling products whose toxic effects the company is fully aware of from the moment they are ‘put on the market’ – an expression in itself repugnant to the ears of doctors who have taken the Hippocratic Oath. The ultimate aim being to achieve a blockbuster which will be capable of generating such vast fortunes that it will remain highly profitable even if a few victims embark on an uphill struggle to secure compensation one day. A day that will never come, incidentally, any more for today’s victims of Vioxx, Mediator, statins, vaccines or Volkswagen’s diesel emissions than it did for yesterday’s victims of IG Farben. What is fascinating is that the crime always goes unpunished; indeed, those involved and those responsible are simply shunted off elsewhere, whilst the profits keep rolling in.

Let’s start with the latest news: the ruling against Monsanto (which has recently merged with Bayer, itself a company formed following the break-up of IG Farben). In this first section, I draw on the excellent article by Dr Michel De Lorgeril. He, with the verve and keen sense of observation that make him a homeopath without realising it, writes

“One of the favourite tactics of white-collar criminals is to tell the media – which has ‘suddenly’ become aggressive (for reasons that can only be explained by the spectacle of the media itself, and which I still do not understand…) – that I have faith in my country’s justice system… »

How, indeed, can one not trust one’s mates, given that even in cases of conviction for crimes against humanity, genocide and other particularly heinous offences, people still manage to get off scot-free, as we shall see a little later. It’s an open secret, just like Vioxx, which was withdrawn in the US (well, what can you expect – too many visible deaths) but is sold under a different name in Europe; everyone knows that what we know about glyphosate means it is a product to which, for at least ten years, the famous precautionary principle should certainly apply. The same goes for asbestos, which causes pulmonary fibrosis – a condition described as early as 1906, with the link formally recognised in 1937 and confirmed in 1955… only to be banned in 1996! And what about cigarettes, defended tooth and nail by manufacturers who use doctors to advertise their products, and so on. As De Lorgeril puts it:

“Even recently in France and across Europe, ministers – looking remarkably smart in their ties but utterly incompetent – were arguing over whether we should finally (and immediately) put a stop to this toxic product being released into the environment and onto our babies’ plates.”

What a marvellous profession – one that gives you every opportunity to corrupt every government, to enjoy unlimited profits, and all with complete impunity. Sceptics have clearly been greatly annoyed that we are beginning to recall this history, since modern medicine is the result of the takeover by Rockefeller and his associates as early as the beginning of 1902. These gentlemen took control of the entire medical education system in the US, using reports such as the Flexner Report and other acts of ‘philanthropy’ that enabled them to impose their own industrial chemistry as medicine. Rest assured, the players behind the scenes haven’t changed. Anyone who wishes to can view our programme here.

The charges for which Monsanto has been found guilty at first instance are serious: crimes against humanity and ecocide As a reminder, take the recipe for good old Agent Orange, notorious in Vietnam – very few of those who were sprayed with it survived… Michel De Lorgeril concludes:

“I’ve included the document above to show that industrial crime is a lucrative business and that, in the long run, whatever the sentence imposed, industrialists have a lot to gain…”

"Ever since the Vietnam War… That’s given us plenty of time to make our own small market… »

‘What we need to bear in mind is that Amidst the anonymity of white-collar workers and corporate crime, we pass the mistigri as quickly as scarlet fever : “The Monsanto manager will be at Big Pharma (such as Bayer) tomorrow, unless he prefers to switch careers to Air France (which is desperately seeking a miracle saviour) or the vaccine industry, which is currently on the up… but perhaps not for much longer!”

These industrialists fund and maintain close ties with all governments, doing so openly and without any qualms. Just for a laugh, the Minister for Health had to sort out her minor conflict of interest regarding the fact that her my husband is also the head of INSERM (I haven’t checked to see what the situation is as of May 219).  I would like someone to show me that, as soon as the circumstances allow, these industrialists will not be inclined to collaborate with or fund any form of state that might serve their interests, given that they are already acting in organised groups, using their unlimited financial power to shape public opinion. Edward Bernays (a relative of Freud, from whom he truly knew how to extract the very essence) was thus the great pioneer of mass manipulation, that is to say, the manufacturing consent. It is the same ideology that underpins ‘medicine’ – or, as I prefer to call it, the mass distribution of toxic drugs and its fascinating advances.

  1. To convince the public that allopathic pharmaceutical medicine is the only way, the only scientific approach, the only recourse, the sole path
  2. To continue to give the impression that the ceaseless change in fashions can be labelled ‘progress’ – in short, that tomorrow ‘we’ll be getting it for free’. See, in this regard, General Motors’ famous ‘Parade of Progress’.
  3. Being in a constant struggle against a designated enemy: here the communists, there alternative medicines, disease, germs, and so on. The climate of fear that is perpetuated serves to promote the interests of corporations.
  4. This message continues to be repeated across all media outlets, whether directly or indirectly controlled by the industry.
  5. On social media, there has been a ‘spontaneous’ emergence of ‘Science Brigades’ and other Zetetic-style groups dedicated to suppressing free thought, where complete unknowns set themselves up as paragons of science and set about terrorising anyone who does not think in the ‘correct’ way.

‘The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organised habits and opinions of the masses is an important element of democratic society. Those who manipulate this invisible mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country. …We are governed, our minds are shaped, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men of whom we have never heard. This is a logical consequence of the way our democratic society is organised. A large number of people must cooperate in this way if they are to live together in a well-functioning society. …In almost every aspect of our daily lives, whether in the realm of politics or business, in our social behaviour or our ethical thinking, we are dominated by a relatively small number of people… who understand the mental processes and social patterns of the masses. It is they who pull the strings that control public opinion. ’ ‘Responsible people must take the reins and be protected from the raging mob… we cannot do this by force; the best solution is… the manufacture of consent.’ Edward Bernays. The Manufacture of Consent.

A remarkable ARTE documentary, ‘Propaganda: The Making of Consent’ – which has just been taken down from the internet – covered these facts in a very interesting way; it also revealed that ‘skilful propaganda can lead the masses to support policies that run counter to their own interests ’. As Bernays was one of the pioneers in manipulating doctors through fabricated studies designed to promote the consumption of products such as a hearty bacon-based breakfast – the benefits of which were ‘scientifically’ validated – I wonder if that rings a bell?

In Nuremberg, the charges were as follows:

  1. crimes against peace ; yet these multinational firms are directly involved in all manner of sordid espionage affairs and other dubious activities, as has already been proven in the case of Servier. It was thanks to Bernays that public opinion in America was swayed in favour of entering the war in 1914. In 1954, the decision by Guatemala’s newly elected president, Arbenz, to distribute land to the poor encroached upon the interests of the huge multinational, the United Fruit Company. Bernays was called in to provide media support: he argued that the left-wing government was a ‘fifth column’ of the USSR that needed to be eradicated. Bernays himself spoke of the media blitz. He spends his time on the phone with journalists, whom he feeds with ‘information’ via an ‘independent’ press office that is, in reality, funded by the Fruit Company. This single episode probably masks dozens more of which we are unaware, and which future historians will no doubt bring to light. For this unfortunate country, the result was a civil war and decades of suffering, with the disastrous consequences one can well imagine.
  2. war crimes : violations of the laws and customs of war, such as, for example, murder, the mistreatment of prisoners of war, the execution of hostages, the looting of public or private property, and the wanton destruction of towns and villages. This form of pharmaceutical violence is a thousand times more insidious, yet well-documented, with the marketing of drugs that are lethal or capable of seriously damaging patients’ health. The statin scandal is a huge ticking time bomb, as the entire conventional medical framework is built around cholesterol. And this is merely a drop in the ocean of medicines and other vaccines that are endlessly multiplying human diseases. The idea is to make people ever sicker in order to force them to buy even more drugs, which in turn, and so on. Economic plunder is also a factor here, as the industry sells ever more expensive and toxic drugs, placing an increasingly unbearable burden on the economies of the countries it ravages like a vile parasite. Even more absurd: it recycles old drugs at exorbitant prices, as was the case with AZT or, currently, Lucentis, which costs 1,000 euros per vial – a monthly treatment for life… Of course, multiply these examples by a thousand to get an idea of the scale.
  3. crime against humanity, that is to say, any inhumane act committed against the civilian population, any persecution on political, racial or religious grounds. As the IG Farben case demonstrated, it is simply a matter of circumstances before industry becomes complicit in the worst atrocities, given that it is already capable of poisoning the masses with impunity. We are beginning to see accusations of crimes against humanity rightly emerging, as is the case with the Monsanto affair.

Continued in IG Farben and the business of disease.
